To improve the efficiency and timeliness of answering your calls, Thunderbird Internal Medicine is in the midst of implementing a new phone system. A change this big, however, takes time and unfortunately, while each member of our team learns the new system, you will likely notice even longer on-hold times.
 
On behalf of each of us at Thunderbird IM, we apologize! Your call is extremely important to us and we are working diligently on making this switch.
 
To avoid the phones, existing patients can enroll in our web portal to:
 
·         Send a message to your doctor
·         Request or verify an appointment
·         Request an outside referral
·         Check account balance and pay bills
·         Request medication refills
·         Review your medical history

 

Simply go on to www.thunderbirdim.com to enroll. In the meantime, please be patient with our on-hold times and know that those will soon be replaced with quicker access to scheduling and other areas within the practice.
