Dr. Raju is seeing Patients at Banner Thunderbird Hospital as our In-Patient Doctor

I am a female internist who has been practicing medicine in Phoenix for over 14 years. I have always enjoyed hospital medicine and have been on staff at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center since it began practice in 1995. I have been active on many committees at the hospital, including Quality Improvement, Credentialing, and Physician Advisory Committee. I have served on the Medical Executive Committee for two years. I’m also currently the Chairman of the Hospitalist Committee and Vice Chairman of the Medicine Department. I am also an Associate Professor at Midwestern University and often has students rotating with her. I enjoy teaching and I’m especially passionate about women’s health and Diabetes. I enjoy taking time with my patients to educate and empower them to take control of their health. I really love what I do and it shows with each patient I cares for.  

I first moved to the valley with my husband after finishing residency in Chicago in 1995. Since moving to Phoenix, my husband and I have completed our family. I am now a proud and loving mother of three children, ages 5, 7, and 11.
